Mr. Srinivas Chakravarthy | Board Member

Mr.Srinivas Chakravarthy, a mechanical engineer and an IIM-B alumnus brings in a practical approach. With a background of production, quality assurance and control, testing and certification from simple pressure vessels to Solar Modules, Solar Power plants etc , he was the brain behind India’s first private solar module testing laboratory and has successfully run the same in his previous organisation. As a founder director he is very interested in bringing in the extra edge to education of students.

As the Sr. Vice president of TTK Prestige Ltd, He is responsible for complete operations of TTK Prestige factories in Gujarat and Maharashtra. He is currently involved in a green field production unit manufacturing Non-Stick cookware, Anodised cookware and cookers.

Some of his achievements:  He visualised and established the only Welding Technology Authorised Training Body by any certification body in India, a very unique service to welding society. He established India’s First Photovoltaic Module Testing Lab. which is successfully running with breakeven expected within the first year. He also established a Material Testing lab with varied capabilities (petroleum, Metals, Plastics, Tyres, REACH, ROHS, WEEE, textiles, leather, food, microbiology (2011), failure analysis, reverse engineering). Last but not the least he established Photovoltaic Power Plant services.
