Some concerns parents had and which were addressed by PSA and the school are as follows:

concerns solutions
Unstable footpaths and which are not manned and monitored, barricading  parking of cars in the walkway The footpath and road is beyond the purview of the school however PSA volunteers will be at the gate to sensitize parents who drop their wards of the need to maintain traffic and parking discipline.
Swimming instructors gender We can skew a child’s environment if we over obsess .Children should be comfortable with either gender or the School guarantees safety at the hands of the coaches.  The School has only male coaches.
Grilling at Kideens There is sufficient grilling and mesh provided. Clarification sought
Have consultants to come up with SOP and communication specialist for Principal Thank You for the suggestion. There is a team within the School who advice Principal.
Usage of park should be segregated according to age to avoid accidents This has always been designated. There is a notice put up too.
What are the measures to ensure that any child who stays back for club activity is not left alone in the campus since all the staff leaves the school at 4 PM. This is especially true if for some reason the parent is late and has not reached on time to pick up the child These are after school activities. Parents make the choice for their child to take these classes. They should either be present on the premises themselves, like most other parents do or ensure that they are on time to pick their child up. The School staff work from 8.00 am or 6.30 am in some cases, it is impossible for them to stay on beyond 4 pm.
Parents should be aware of the improvements made in school services annually, considering the safety and security for kids These are posted on the website regularly
Status of indemnity form which has been signed by the parents since the education minister has stated that these indemnity forms are invalid The School takes complete onus of the child’s safety while they are within the campus. But, there are circumstances that are beyond a School’s control. In situations like these it is imperative that the School has some guideline on the extent of its responsibility of the child.
Ban on usage of mobile and other gadgets by staff during school hours Mobile has already been banned with immediate effect in the teaching area. Any violation is punished with a fine of Rs.500/-
