KiDeens Borewell road is located 1km from The Deens Academy Whitefield on ECC road and is a pure kindergarten environment .

The school caters to children from ages 2 years to 6 years (Toddlers, Playgroup, Lower kindergarten and Upper Kindergarten) and children who are admitted into KiDeens Borewell road will automatically graduate into Grade 1 at the Whitefield Campus after completion of UKG.

School timings are 8:30am to 12:30pm.

Admissions to the KiDeens Borewell road are processed throughout the year wherever there is a vacancy. As we are not adding any new sections to this campus, new admissions will therefore be based purely on seats vacated due to transfers. Admission processes for most of the grades are completed.

Based on availability of seats, we share the application forms and conduct the interactions to process the admissions whenever seats become available.

Kindly note that we will not entertain applications from other branches on the basis of request to transfer into the Borewell road campus at present or in the future.

This process is managed by the admissions officer Ms Shweta Bhargava, whose physical office is located in the Gunjur campus. They can be contacted only by email, admissions@deensacademy.com.  They will assist you during the admission process.

The selection procedure is as follows:

Based on application reference details, there will be an interview call sent by email based on which admission is processed.

Application for the academic year 2025-26 will be processed for kindergarten based on the following criteria:

1)The age criteria for KiDeens which we strictly adhere to is (please do not request otherwise)

• Toddlers (2yrs): Born on or before 1st June 2023 (Admissions will commence on 1st March 2025)
• Playgroup (3yrs): Born on or before 1st June 2022
• LKG (4yrs): Born on or before 1stJune 2021
• UKG (5yrs): Born on or before 1st June 2020

2) Physical and mental fitness such that the child can seamlessly integrate into the class.

3) There is verbal interaction with children for applicants of LKG and UKG

4) A shared belief for the education of the child between parents and the school

• On passing the selection process, a letter of confirmation is sent to the parent. Within one week of confirmation, the processing fee and first installment of the academic fees needs to be paid to enroll the child into the school.
• The fee payment details are available on the parent portal on School Canvas which is compatible with all UPI modes, credit card, debit card, and internet banking. At the completion of the transaction, a PDF receipt will be automatically generated and available for immediate download, by you.

The school’s preferred method of transaction is via the ERP system, which updates the fee module data automatically without the need for manual intervention

A welcome letter from school seals the process of admission.

Fee structure and schedule of payments for 2025-26 is as follows:
